Having a packed toolkit of web design services makes us smile.
At kaleidaweb, we understand that how you look and perform online says a lot about your business or brand. A professionally built, uniquely customized website serves as your initial introduction to prospective clients and allows existing ones to avail of your products and services with ease. We value and prioritize maintaining long-term relationships with our clients.
To properly showcase you and your work online, we take the time to learn about your brand and your business. We educate ourselves on your industry to help you stand out among competitors, professionally and in full possession of your content.
Our team has decades of experience with custom WordPress web design, and stays abreast of the latest developments and trends in tech to ensure we’re using the best maintenance tools and SEO strategies. Social media savvy, marketing know-how, and editorial expertise are additional tools we wield to bring your brand to life online.
Members of our team regularly collaborate with other developers, graphic designers, and marketers; some work on larger teams outside of the kaleidaweb universe in the areas of their individual expertise. We take pride in the richness of our collective brain power, creativity, and talent, and are happy to open the tap for your next project.
We believe Black Lives Matter, and stand for protecting the full and equal human rights of all people, including the LGBTQ+ community. We value immigrants’ tremendous contributions to this country and support their right to due process on their pathway to citizenship. We are intentional about seeking and using inclusive, diverse media in our site designs. We reserve the right to refuse services to anyone and will not work with organizations or individuals using the web to promote illegal activities or hatred, violence, discrimination, or abuse of any kind.
We use ethical software and plug-ins. We never use AI.
Designing your next online home or upgrading your existing one is not just our job. It’s a passion that we bring to work every day, at our studio in Easton, Massachusetts.

Founder, Lead Designer + Developer
Over her 28 years of experience as a tech professional, Dani Shaw has developed hundreds of web sites covering a wide spectrum of needs and requirements. Her portfolio includes responsive WordPress sites, online learning portals, enhanced landing pages, content management systems (CMS), ecommerce stores, and more.
Shaw designed their first web site on Geocities, while in college. An early fan page they designed in 1999 still lives on free servers—showcasing the HTML foundation of their career. Since then, Shaw has grown with the field, staying on the cutting edge of the latest trends and technology. They embraced WordPress when it launched in 2003, and deepened their knowledge of CMS. Shaw is a proud self-motivator who prioritizes ongoing professional development. Shaw isn’t shocked by technological advancements; they’re constantly learning and applying newfound knowledge.
Experiences with being the only woman or queer person in tech spaces, and noticing a dearth of people of color, Shaw has made it their mission to diversify the field. For this reason, she is proudly listed on Underrepresented in Tech.
Shaw has been a technical editor at Cengage Learning, one of the largest computer textbook publishers, since 2001. They’ve worked on titles covering operating systems, web design, networking, Microsoft Office, and programming. To successfully edit a textbook, exam, or lab manual, Shaw skillfully works with authors, development editors, and product managers across multiple passes to ensure a high standard of quality content. Most of the published titles on their resume are listed in the Computing & Information Technology section at Cengage Learning.
In addition to learning and testing new applications, software, and other technologies as a part of their professional practice, Shaw works with beta programs every chance they get to get a jump on learning future applications before they are released to the public.
